Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support

Welcome to PACSMail Cloud MFA. An extra level of security added to PACSMail Cloud to keep your account safe.

HOW MFA WORKS

MFA authenticates each device that you use to access PACSMail Cloud. If you use the same device every time to login to PACSMail Cloud then you will do this once. If you use multiple devices then you will need to do it once for each device.

The authentication is via an MFA code requested at the time of login to PACSMail Cloud. Each MFA code is single-use and expires after 15 minutes.

Click here to view Quick Guide to MFA (you must be logged in to PACSMail Cloud to view).

SET UP FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

MFA will by default use the SMS (mobile phone) number you entered when you registered. If the SMS number you have used is incorrect then please contact Sybermedica.

  • Click Send SMS next to the number to receive your MFA code.
  • Type the CODE into the webpage and click VERIFY.

.

MFA CODE NOT RECEIVED

If you do not receive your MFA code please request another one or contact Sybermedica.

MFA ERROR

If an error is reported when requesting a code after clicking Send SMS or Send Email, please contact Sybermedica.

ADDING MULTIPLE SMS & EMAIL

If you want to add multiple SMS and/or EMAIL to your MFA settings or edit your existing settings then you need to login to PACSMail Cloud and go to User Menu -> Account Management and click the MFA Set Up menu item.

MFA NOT SET UP

If you have not set up MFA on your account you will not see a SMS number to use to receive your MFA code. Please contact Sybermedica support and ask for MFA Set Up Assistance.
