PACSMail Closure Notice Update 3 Jan 2025

SERVICE CLOSURE

An email notice was sent to all users on the 1 Nov 2024 giving notice that closure of the PACSMail service would take place on the 2 Jan 2025.

In line with that notice, the PACSMail service is now closed.

CREDIT NOTES

You or your accounts department will have received an email with a credit note reimbursing you for any annual fees due to you as a result of the closure.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU RESPOND TO THAT EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO

EITHER RECLAIM THE CREDIT

OR

ALLOCATE THIS TO UNPAID INVOICES AS PART OF YOUR NEXT PAYMENT.

PLEASE ENSURE ANY ALLOCATIONS ARE CLEARLY MARKED IN YOUR REMITTANCE NOTE.
